"I called around to a couple of HVAC companies seeking help installing a new thermostat. Ours was on the fritz, and got to the point that the AC stopped working altogether the night before Accurate came to the rescue. The other companies didn’t answer their phone nor returned my messages. But Brandon called me back within an hour. When I explained our issue (before we killed our AC completely), he gave me a couple pointers and sent us on our way to do the install on our own. We have done one previously, so I was grateful that he was willing to point us in the right direction rather than giving us a service call. He even called me back after he looked up the new thermostat we were attempting to install because he wanted to be sure we knew we would need a PEK installed also. I was again so grateful that he went out of his way to try and help us along. Unfortunately, our wiring situation was a bit messed up from the start, and when the thermostat died, I called Brandon back (third call). He squeezed us into his schedule the next morning, showed up right on time, and had our new thermostat connected and working in less than 90 minutes. He even walked me through some of the setup steps I would need to do now that we had one of those fancy wifi contraptions. He was prompt, professional, and thorough. I definitely recommend skipping the other companies and giving Accurate Heating & Air a call."
