Levi’s Store

"Went to buy jeans today ( Saturday) at 10:45am, closed. Says open at 10am on website. Walked around for 25 minutes in the mall thinking maybe it was open at 11am. Went back at 11:10am and still closed. Then called the store and no answer. Levi's, you got to do better! Sad."

"My husband and daughter were in this store around Christmas and were very interested in the custom jeans. We told our daughter that for her 18th birthday we would take her back to design a pair. There were 3 to 4 employees in the store when we went on the afternoon of February 18th. At that time there were two people in line. We literally SAT DOWN at the custom station which is also where the registers are located. One female employee was handling checkout but neither she nor any other workers acknowledged our presence (My husband said it was exactly the same when they were there last to ask about the tailored experience). At one point while ringing out customers, she told the two employees who were standing and chatting to help someone browsing, while we sat there. The FOUR of us spent the 15 or so minutes looking at patches and buttons, deciding what to get when we were FINALLY asked if we needed help (why would we sit at the customization center if not???) only to be told both tailors had recently quit and all they could do currently is swap buttons. If that’s the case, either the items on top of the counter should be removed OR a sign should go up stating “unavailable”. We wasted 20 minutes, basically feeling invisible to the entire staff. Absolutely awful customer service. My daughter can go back if she wants custom jeans but I won’t ever shop there again."

"Loved the Levi’s custom shop, fabulous addition! However, the management is terrible and all the two girls did was gossip about other employees. I will not revisit"

"I give customer service five stars. The young men working the store were very helpful. Also understanding when I told them I could not afford to buy the jeans because of the price. Don't get me wrong I love Levi jeans I've been wearing them for 30 years. $100 is just too steep!"

"First off, it's on the second floor in the middle of the mall. I've been in this store a handful of times, and every time has been pleasant. The service and selection are both equally as fantastic. It's a custom shop too, meaning you can take your stuff in to get different colored tags, buttons, etc. Good vibes all around."
