"I was in an accident while driving in NJ and Kovi came quickly to pick up my vehicle. After I called to file a claim with my insurance company, they directed me to call Kovi and release the vehicle to them. I called around 430-5pm on a Friday and kindly relayed the message to the man who answered the phone. He, in turn, was incredibly rude and cut me off by saying “ok well no one is coming tonight because we’re closed”. I advised him that I understood and was only calling to relay the message for their records so they weren’t taken by surprise when the insurance company contacted them. He continued to be rude, cut me off by asking who my insurance provider was, and said “consider it cleared” before ending the call. Honestly, that interaction was the worst thing about my car accident and that person’s attitude ruined my entire night. 3 stars for the service itself is more then fair, but because of the way I was spoke to, i would never use this company again nor would I recommend it."

"My car broke down 1.5 hours away from my house and I had to have it towed home. The KIA dealership sent this company and said that they would be there in 60-90 minutes. The driver of the tow truck reached out to me within minutes to confirm my location and arrived within 5 minutes. So I was very happy only waiting 7 minutes instead of an hour. I rode back with my driver, Colton, and he was kind and professional and it was a very nice drive despite my dead car in the back. Couldn't recommend this company enough."
