"The worst place to shop at. I ordered a dress online but it does not fit me well. I have the option to return in store according to the return website. I chose to return in store and the store refused to take my return, saying that online exclusive items are not allowed to return in store. It has to be returned in mail and I am forced to pay a shipping fee for return. The store rep here did not even type in my order number and try, he just refused the return, extremely unhelpful and unprofessional. It seems like this brand is trying to force their customers return online ans pay the shipping if you purchase online exclusive items while the return system somehow let you select to return in store and then tell you that you can’t. Wasting people’s time and gas to get to the store and then receive 0 help. Literally the worst worst brand ever. First time purchasing from here and that’s it. I will never shop there again. With such competitive clothing business, customers really don’t need to shop here to get treated unfairly."

"Personally, I'm hit-or-miss on Lucky Brand clothes, but I was in here shopping for a gift and the lady working the counter turned out to be very helpful. She almost sent me out of there with nothing as I wasn't exactly sure about styles/colors that my gift recipient would like, but she ended up pointing me in the right direction. Not sure if that was her default style of selling, kind of felt like it was, but it worked."
