"I called the store to see if they had a specific boot I had ordered in store because when I ordered online and opened my package I only received one boot. Once the girl got on the phone I asked her if they had it and she pulled the phone away from her ear and was like I don’t even know what that is and hung up on me. I was just simply reading what the boot name was that I ordered and wanted to see if I could return and get both boots I had ordered but didn’t even give me the chance to finish."

"RUDE, MEAN ASSISTANT MANAGER, Bad customer Service... Would not match price from their own official website. The assistant manager of African decent Had zero class, spoke "at me " like I was one of her defiant kids with a low ,mean literal Growling controlling voice , escalating the conversation into verbal confrontation, made threats , was not going to let me refund my shoes I bought earlier same day, the Caucasian General manager had to step and de-escalated the mouthy, cocky black girl assistant manager and finally let me get refund, but would not let me file complaint. General manager said "I will handle it" Buckle selling identical shoe as 4 other stores for double the price."

"The girls were so helpful. I wanted a sweatshirt for my boyfriend. They didn't have his size. She ordered it and sent to my house for free for having the Buckle card."
