"I love this Ski store! One stop shop for everything to hit the slopes. I walked in and was greeted by Gary the owner and Truffle the dog. Gary helped my find the perfect ski boots. He told me I was not leaving until I was happy. He also taught me how to put on my boots along with other little tricks. I felt like family by the time I left. This store sells scuba gear as well. I highly suggest this ski shop. They also have a shop in the back for repairs and waxing. Thank you Gary! I'll definitely be back."
"Extremely helpful employees who take their time. My husband and I were buying all new equipment as new snowboarders. They so relaxed and let you take your time to decide while giving advice and tips! We went to a few other stores and left empty handed because the people were awful. Not the case with this store!"
"There is something extremely special about shopping here. Guess that comes with a Family owned business with Family on the sales floor. They've been doing it this way for 40 years. Quite the accomplishment to be the Regions leader in snow and snowboard equipment and apparel and not located in a mountainous area. Great selection of everything they carry. High quality, top of the line items with very experienced sales folks. And these folks make you want to hang out and stay awhile. Certainly not pushy or over aggressive in their sales approach. The selection, their knowledge and the whole atmosphere make you want to buy there. I came ride a snowboard, but their selection and display make me want to learn so I can buy one from them."
