"It’s 3:36 pm. I’ve been in the store 12 minutes and not one person spoke but another lady came in after me and was spoken to. I guess my money is no good here and a man just walked in and they immediately spoke to him. I will never shop at this Loft. It’s disappointing because im a teacher and I like to look nice but I guess others don’t care."

"I visited the Loft at Ross Park on Sunday afternoon. Hadn't been to the mall in a while and wanted to browse. There were several people working, but no one greated me as they did other customers coming and going. Upon noticing this I intentionally walked all around the store several times. After about 15 or 20 minutes, a gentle man working there asked if I was finding everything. I said I was fine but appreciated him asking. As I walked around, I thought to myself, an I invisible? I left the store, went down the mall to Banana Republic, and J Crew I was greated immediately upon entering the store, and asked if I needed help. Loft, perhaps some additional training is on order. What ever unconscious bias that was going on was palpable to me. I have purchased many items from that store, but will choose to spend elsewhere going forward."
