"My wife and I have both been working there for 6 years. We started as temporary workers and ended up getting a full time job. You can't be afraid of work and there's plenty of room to move up. We're living proof. We started as temps and now I'm a Forklift Operator and my wife is an Operations Clerk. The management is great and the people who work there are the best. I would recommend anyone to work there."

"Not enough opportunity to move up. Only get 25 cents max a year for a raise. Not enough diversity at all honestly kind of sad. This place plays favoritism especially if you are on the second shift. Mr. Carr was a great guy I respected him more than anyone. There is not enough opportunity here . They do not give employees the chance to move up in the ranks . They keep them at a 11 to 13 dollars an hour . Also second shift should get a whole rework on the way its run or just demolished and put one big shift together . Watch your vacation days too. I was told I had 6 left 2 years in a row and then my supervisors tell me hey you have 1 left . They arent very honest. Everything went downhill after Mr. Carr left 2nd shift. It isn't professional anymore at all. With all that said goodluck...."

"The State of West Virginia needs to investigate and fine this sweat shop. It gets three times as hot in the workplace in the summer. There is no ventilation , a/.c, or fans. A very high turn over of workers."

"If I could put less than one star I would. We dropped our trailer Monday evening at 740 and it is Wednesday afternoon and they still have not started unloading us and are unable to give us any info other than you are on the list. They won't allow evening /night workers to unload trailers and day shift isn't getting to it. This is ridiculous!"
