"ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!! They intentionally left off an accident on my quote to give me a lower price!! I called to finalize the quote and it happened to be out of Walters normal hours of operation. Therefore I had to speak to a 24 hour sales rep. He told me a way different price because an accident came up. He also told me that Karl Walters agency was just trying to get me to sign the papers and then the following month the original price would have went up! WHAT A SCAM!!! The price they gave me in the office was half the price of what it actually comes out to be! They lied straight to my face when I confronted them and told me it was a computer error! UNBELIEVABLE!!! I DO NOT recommend this agency to anybody!!!!"
