"The employees are nice and obviously understaffed. It's 9:01am and my appointment was for 8:10am and I'm still waiting! Why take appointments if you don't honor them? Plus this location is filthy! Water stains on the ceiling. Surfaces haven't been cleaned/disinfected in who knows how long! Front door lock secured by scotch tape!!"

"I never right reviews, but the new phlebotomist Adam is fantastic. He's very friendly and professional. I been to this Quest location in the past, because location is convenient for me. But I stopped going because the ladies who worked there were very rude and unprofessional and I usually had massive bruise on my arm after they drew blood, so I went elsewhere. I'm glad I gave this location another chance."
