"1 star is too much for this guy. I had coverage with this guy for 1 year. I paid 1 year upfront. Second year he increased my premium 80% in 1 year (yes 80%) with no claim. So I tried to reach this guy's office by email to understand why such a huge increase, no response. . So I switched to another insurance company on the last day of my coverage with him. This guy kept charging me for a few months month to month. AllState sent me to collection for $243. I paid them $1000s through the years with no claim ever. Yet they send me to collection for an unauthorised charge of $243. I contacted AllState, customer service in India, no help at all. I contacted him, he was arrogant and he didn't help in any thing. He is a fraudster, a ripoff, stay away from this thief. My dear hope is that he goes bankrupt him and AllState he represents."
