"ZERO STARS. Gives lady managers a bad name! This shop is horrible. Kept my vehicle for about 2 months, did the sloppiest work I've ever seen, didn't seal the rubber on the new door properly, and didn't even care to match the paint in my repair. And it CAN be matched perfectly, as long as you go ANYWHERE else. Now it rains INSIDE on my arm in carwash and rainy days, and my car is now two toned. I miss Vic. That man knew what he was doing. Ridiculous."

"Very horrible experience with this auto body shop I took my car to get serviced after an accident they had my car for over 30 days. Every time I would call about my car they would tell me they would call me back and then never did. I had to have my car towed from the shop after almost 6 weeks because after they called and finally told me it was ready for pick up my car would not start. This was very odd seeing as I drove the car down there to get serviced in the first place. I ended up putting out so much money from the tow truck to renting cars to having to buy brand new tires another weird thing because I had my car inspected right before my untimely accident and when I went to pick up my car that they swore had not been moved my tires were all balding. The paint job was bad you could tell it was rushed it had bubbles in it and was partially unfinished. If I could give 0 stars I would. They do not handle business well at all."

"I stopped by to ask for an estimate The young lady (I won't mention her name) said she would call me with the quote. She called back and didnt leave the amount.She left a message asking me to call her back and she would give me the qoute. I was urked. She should have left a message ssying to fix your car it will cost blank blank dollars. If I like the price , I will let them do the job, if not I would keep looking. A week later I called her. She said she still had the information but couldn't find it, and would call me back in 20 minutes with the quote. Its been 4 days and I havent heard anything. I wish the gentleman that fixed my Mercedes 2 years ago, was there. He gave me a price quote within 20 minutes of me bringing my car in. Within.one week his team fixed my car and I was completely satisfied which is why I brought in my Volvo. I am totally disappointed and now Inhave to try and find another Autobody shop."

"I was nervous to visit because of the mixed reviews but I’m very satisfied with the service I received. My car was finished ahead of time and it looks great, like new again. Just had some minor dents and scratches fixed but I’ll definit return when if I need my car fixed again. Customer service was ok. It wasn’t Nordstrom but everyone was friendly and responsive."
