I have no problem with getting turned down if my situation doesn't fit the business model (it's not a unique situation). That said, don't waste a month of my time getting to "NO". Agent I got wouldn't respond to emails for a week or more."

""BEWARE!" If it was possible to give this company 0 stars, they would get 0 STARS! I received a quote From THIS Company Heacock Classic and they would only provide full coverage of the CAR FOR WHAT I PAID FOR IT! NOT ACTUAL VALUE!! I got an AWESOME Deal on the purchase of A VERY RARE CAR, WORTH MANY TIMES MORE THEN WHAT I PAID, "they only made 350 of them in the World". THIS company is a 100% SCAM! I STRONGLY ADVISE TO STAY AWAY unless you want to get ripped off! I'll give you an EXAMPLE of what this company's policy is. Say for instance you Bought a Rolex Watch @ a flea market & ONLY PAID $5.00 "Five Dollars" for it, and say you BROKE the watch beyond repair, this insurance company would ONLY PAY YOU $5.00 for it! Yeaa, THATS RIGHT! IT'S A TOTAL SCAM! It's 100% true, I couldn't believe it myself! So, with that being said, DO NOT insure your car for MORE than what you paid for it because you WILL NOT GET ACTUAL VALUE! They will ONLY pay "WHAT YOU PAID FOR IT"; whatever amount YOU state on the Bill of Sale is ALL you will get paid in case of a TOTAL LOSS. Now, I'm hoping THIS review will cost them $100s of thousands of dollars for ALL the customers they have been RIPPING OFF SINCE 1922!!! "BEWARE" Maybe they should change their name to: Ripping people off for OVER 101 years!"

"I am thoroughly disappointed with Heacock Classic. I call on a Monday to find out if my vehicle qualifies and to get a quote. The lady I talked with takes my information and says someone will call me back to discuss with me. I hear nothing all week and call them back on that following Friday. The lady I talk with asks me why I want collector car insurance and why I don't want to just stick with my standard insurance. I explain to her that the vehicle is heavily modified and more a racecar than anything and is driven maybe once a month. She asks no information on the car tells me because its a 2005 it wont qualify. She explains that unless its a mustang or corvette it wouldn't qualify. If she took the time to actually ask or new a thing or two, she would learn that they only made my vehicle for 3 years and only made 1600 in my configuration. Making it much more rare than a mustang. It was like she didn't want to do her job and just wanted off the phone. I will take my business elsewhere. This company has really declined over the years."
