"Horrible service. Just signed up and within 2 days they cancelled both of my policies for no reason. The email for the agent I was working with bounced. When I call, he no longer worked there. They never gave me a new agent and never told me he was not working there. The owner does not return calls and doesn't seem to be in the office. Do yourself a favor. Switch."

"This place has the worst staff on the planet representing a well branded insurance carrier. I loss my homeowners insurance because their staff decided to go on vacation instead of finish and forward my new policy to SF Home Office. Then they (ignorant staff) decided to blame me (customer) for their inefficiencies. Craig Alleyne apologized but did absolutely nothing to correct/fix the problem. His call to me was strictly to ascertain information for damage control purposes ONLY after receiving the complaint from Home Office! I was able to get SF insurance from another office. The staff their was professional, polite and efficient. This is certainly lacking in this place!"

"Where should I begin? This use to be a very professional insurance agency back when it was located on Wayne Ave. The staff now are unprofessional, they are not knowledgeable when it comes to the different polices available as well as the discounts associated with those policies. The office barely opens up on time and the staff rarely answers the telephone. Don't dare leave a message, no one will ever get back to you especially if it has something to do with an error on their part. My grandmother paid for a homeowners insurance policy on 01/11/2019 and has yet to receive her declarations page or a phone call from someone at the agency explaining the hold up and it is now 02/11/19. Every time she calls to check the status, she's being told they are still working on it. I never hear of a policy taking 1 month especially if you are not waiting on any documents/information from the potential policy holder. I am beyond fed up with this agency. Numerous members of my family have been with this agency for over 10 years and the lack of respect that the owner as well as his staff have for their customers is baffling to me. I reached out to the owner in reference to a concern with my auto policy on 01/14/2019, no response since then. I have never written a bad review about a business , but I believe in helping others avoid having to deal with some of the same issues I was dealt with."
