"ABSOLUTELY HORRIFIC SERVICE. 15/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND! I had an appointment that was scheduled two weeks ago for "punch list" items on a certified-preowned GMC I purchased from this dealer. It was supposed to be an hour appointment, which really was 4 hours but that is the least of the bad experience. The Service Associate - SAM - was incredibly rude and unprofessional. Yelling at me as the customer and acting like I was bothering her by her not having my appointment correct - how dare I expect that she resolves it? My interior was supposed to get patched at 10AM. She claimed she had no idea. I got ahold of my sales guy who tracked down the patch guy, who was at her dealer the entire time. I was also supposed to have service look at the cupholder and be provided with a spare key fob. After 3 hours, she comes to tell us the car is done. We ask for the fob. She starts yelling that she has no idea what we are talking about even though when we first got there she confirmed that the fob and cupholder were part of the appointment, and at that point only didnt know about the patch. Time goes by and someone comes out with a spare fob - missing the valet key and not programmed. 3 simple items should not take 4 hours. 2/3 of items she yelled that she didnt know anything about despite confirmation from sales guy that made the appointment. SAM lacked zero customer service, respect or professionalism. I have always taken my cars to dealer for service, but refuse to ever step foot in this building again. They are completely incompetent and rude."
