"Came in for an inspection, oil change, tire rotation & a check on my breaks because I was feeling some vibration while braking on my car. Dropped my car off, confirmed with the guy working the desk all the things we were doing that day and all seemed good. Couple hours later, I come to pick up my car. The only service they performed was the inspection... Which my car passed. The mechanic said he knew nothing of the other services I asked to be done and apologized but the damage was already done. I asked about my brakes since they have to check them during the inspection. He said he saw nothing and that the vibration must be my brake lines malfunctioning? Went to another auto service shop that same week to get all the services done they missed and it turned out my rotors were warped. How you miss that during an inspection I couldn't tell you. Disappointed by their communication between their front desk and mechanics and their knowledge. Won't be going here again."
