"I have been a customer since 2008, I spoke to someone a few weeks ago but never returned my phone call about reducing my dwelling coverage. This is the worst company as they don't care about their loyal clients as they don't call or email you back at all. I will make one last attempt before going to switch to another agency who values customer service or drop Travelers as whole!"
