College Plaza Pediatrics

"Unfortunately I was never able to experience College Plaza Pediatrics. I moved to the area about two months ago and emailed to inquire how to register my daughter straight away. I was told to email her medical records. I tried to get the info to them via email but was not receiving a response. I called to ensure they had the info and they told me they couldn't take info via email and they weren't sure why I was told that. I was then told to either mail the records, drop them off in person, OR I could bring the in with me the first time my daughter needed to be seen by a doctor and they would add her to the system then. I called today to make an appointment because my daughter is sick and was told "no." They can't take her because they don't have her records. I was told everyone who works there knows the policy and that the info I have is incorrect. I was trying my hardest to get the records to them ASAP, I would not have waited if I wasn't told that I could bring them at my first appointment. There was no trying to accommodate me, there was no attempt at finding a solution to help me and my sick child (e.g. if you bring the records this morning maybe we can get an appointment for this afternoon or tomorrow). It was simply, "no we won't make an appointment." There wasn't even an apology for being told the wrong information upfront. I must have made this all up. I will now be traveling back to our old pediatrician an hour away for an appointment and looking for a different provider in the Morris County area."

"This place is awesome and they have some amazing doctors. Dr. Joe especially is very cool. Although we hope we never have to go more than once a year, but it is always a pleasure if we end up visiting a doctor."

"All doctors, nurses, medical assistants, and admins are always pleasant, kind, and helpful. I have never had an issue getting a same-day sick visit for either of my children. I am glad we found College Plaza."

They have helped with everything from lactation support to questions we have when we are unsure as new parents and call into the non-emergency line. We thought our babe had pink eye (thankfully, he didn’t), and they got us in on a Saturday morning with no question. We chose the right place for our boy and highly recommend. As parents, we always want the best for our loved ones. Especially our babies. We are grateful we found the perfect place close to home for our babe."

We always walk away knowing that they are in good hands. I also want to leave a special note of recognition to Mary, one of the nurses in the practice. Mary goes out of her way to put us at ease. No matter how I walk in the office, after seeing Mary I'm immediately in a good place. Thank you to the entire team for taking such great care of our children!"
