"I had my insurance through wellnet. I went to doctor appointment on 08/29 my doctor office called well net benefits they mentioned I have coverage and approved my doctor appointment. I got a bill from doctor office stating that wellnet rejecting claim saying I don't have coverage. If I don't have coverage why wellnet said I have coverage. This company is a trash and making false statements and I have to pay out of pocket of $2000 in claims. No proper communication between them and cobra administration and I become a scapegoat.if they deny my appointment stating that I don't have coverage I would not have go."

They don't review prior authorizations for weeks and then refuse to give out information on how to me or my doctor Update: A case manager contacted me after seeing the review and listening to my recorded calls. She contacted me and did not stop until the issue was resolved and coached the representatives appropriately. I changed to 5 stars in appreciation for caring and putting in a genuine effort."
