The enrollment process is rushed and they do not give you any resources ahead of time to glance over to make an informed decision ."

"I enrolled on the website you provided way back in September2022 and received confirmation via email from the union benefits office that I was fully enrolled and covered as of 11/1/22. I also completed the open enrollment approximately a month ago. I never received my insurance cards in the mail from BCBS upon my effective date so I took the initiative to call BCBS of Michigan two months ago to request the cards via email or by mail so that I could get to the doctor’s office to address some pressing issues. BCBS stated they did not have me in their system and they also stated they never received my information to input into their system from the union benefits office. I have been calling the number you provided for over three months and I have spoken to several Union benefits reps expressing my concerns. Unfortunately, I keep getting the same answer as to they are still trying to figure out why my information hasn’t been updated and why my information never reached BCBS. I received an email yesterday from the Union benefits office once again apologizing for the issue and that they are still working on getting my information forwarded to BCBS. Issue still not resolved and no reasonable explanation to why I still do not have insurance although money is being taken out my check since September 2022."
