Recently, we experienced a devastating accident involving our rescue vehicle, which is crucial for our operations. "I called because I needed help desperately for my new kitten and the woman I spoke with was friendly and informative and I could tell even over the phone that she cared about my kitten's health and wanted to help. She did not rush me off the phone even though I was not offering money or trying to help them. I have a grandfather that worked for the aspca for 40 years until 2 months before he died and I feel she has the same dedication he had. If at least one is this dedicated then this is worth at least checking out. I have been working with my kitty and she's healing and currently on my chest purring (because I'm moving my hand woke her) thank you so much for the suggestions and the ear to help with the stress!"
