"Zero stars is what they deserve! Absolutely horrible place. Constantly getting hung up on when you call via the provider line. Maybe 2 reps know what they're doing. Others have no clue. Constantly saying they're getting locked out or some nonsense. I've been hung up on 17 times in less than one hour! Thats how horrible their customer service and call service works. They rarely give you an option to talk to a representative. Its usually an automated system. Most providers take such a loss from these yahoos. And they're not worth the time, money and energy. They need to find better customer service representative to go through since they seem to be stuck on outsourcing. Clearly shows you what kind of insurance company they are if they're cutting serious costs instead of giving Americans job opportunities."
