"Sadly customer service gas gome down hill since BaBa took over. Clerks are no where near as friendly anymore. Stopped in multuple times, no decafe coffee made. Lots of excuses. I miss Colleen. She was the BEST!!!"

"In my opinion store needs new management. The customer isn't right even if able to provide proof of unprofessional employees. Smh these ppl need a lesson on business professionaism and a course in customer service. Hopefully Miss Selena Smith will allow my voice to be heard along with my cares and concerns."

"I was in this store not too long ago and although the lady working right now was nice and polite to me she seemed to pick and choose whom she was courteous towards I just had to speak up I don't think I will be stopping again"

"This store has a few rude employees. I've currently lived in the area going on 2 years now and out of that time purchased quarters for both me and my elderly disabled neighbor for a year and a half but once she passed away they refuse to sell quarters to me personally anymore. At first this wasnt a problem until i had someone go in to the store after me approximately 20 mins later and they were able to purchased them. I most definitely feel discriminated against. One cashier actually posts a sign "we cannot sale quarters". Another cashier has her music up like its a disco on Friday night on any day of the week shes working. Lastly the attitude i received from the manager here has caused me to take every measure possible to ensure i do not have to use this store and if i do its extremely minimal. I do not know if others have been mistreated and im unsure why i have had such backlash for asking for quarters im not a thief I've never caused trouble but for some reason or another its a crime to them to ask a convenient store to try to be convenient for something so small and simple. I will take the extra 5 minute walk whenever possible to refrain from spending my money at this store regardless of its convenience. Management should revamped and cashiers trained appropriately."

"Filled up, bought an ultimate wash and when I got home and looked at my car, it looked like it hadn't even been washed (aside from being wet). I immediately called and the woman said they don't refund, but I could come back for another wash. Not really happy having to drive back there, the wash obviously isn't the best."
