"Sold me a fake elf bar for far above retail price, then refused to refund or exchange after confirming it was fake. Bought a pineapple coconut ice elfbar on 1/25/23 for $31 (average retail is $25) and after noticing the taste was off, I scanned the packaging’s QR code. The QR code leads to a fake website, confirming the product is counterfeit. Within minutes I returned to the store and explained the situation, at which point the employee grabbed another elf bar of the same variety from their shelves and scanned the QR, again confirming they’re fake. Asked for a refund or exchange and was refused. Way too many reliable vape shops in the area to waste money in a shop that shamelessly sells fake products."
