"I usually never write reviews, but I really just couldn’t let it slide this time. I made Flu Vaccine appointments for my kids in advance online to save time and most importantly to have documentation on my son’s egg allergy. My family and I arrive on time, walk right over to pharmacy, checkin, then told someone else would help us. I walk over to the pharmacist, who did not bother to even look at me to greet me and asks what she can help me with. I thought was very odd since I was there for flu vaccine appointments. She then asks for insurance cards etc. then says to wait on the other side for the vaccines, but something told me to ask about the egg allergy vaccine. Thank God I did because it wasn’t until then that she informed me they didn’t have the non Egg Vaccine. So of course that made me upset, oh I forgot to mention I’m pregnant! So I asked why CVS doesn’t notify customers there’s no available non Egg Vaccine available? She apparently took it very personal, and gave me attitude as if I said something wrong! Which made me more upset because if I wouldn’t have asked she could’ve caused an emergency allergic reaction for my Son. So she proceeded to argue with me instead of just trying to diffuse the situation, which made me even more upset. So I decided to just let it go and get the scheduled vaccine for my other child that doesn’t have allergies. However, when she saw my Husband walk over, she blew up and went as far as threatening us. She said: “well I don’t have to give you a shot and can just ask you to leave”! So not only was she very rude and unprofessional, she went as far as treating us as if we were shop lifters. That’s not ok. We decided to leave and called corporate right away!!! They apologized and are investigating the situation. I know this is a long review, but I would never want any customer to experience anything like this! Will never go there again!"

"Worst Customer Service - Was not greeted properly in the pharmacy area not like the lady in front of me was no hi !or hello! or how may i help you sir! I asked about cpap supplies and another lady who i believe was the pharmacist was yelling and talking at me as if i was ignorant and had done something wrong while telling me that i wanted some CVS "Hub" and not "MY" store as she put it hello!! not "our" store Like i knew the place she was spouting about, im not from around there lady!!, i asked the lady why was she talking the way she was to me ..
