"I'm giving last nights experience a 3 unfortunately. My husband and I frequent this restaurant and always have had a good experience, except for last night. It was 6:40pm, there was a 20 minute wait time. They took his name & phone number, he also requested a booth, and they said that they will text him when our table is ready. We went out to our car and waited. At 7:15 we went in mainly to use the restroom but hubby stopped to ask them how much longer it would be. Oh gee, they didn't have his name nor phone #, yet he received a text from them that said, we have your number and will text you when it's ready. ??? They said they didn't text that. ??? After hubby quietly argued with them, I guess they got the manager and somehow they found a booth for us. (I don't know what would have happened if we hadn't come back in when we did). They put us right under an air vent where we were freezing! And thinking, this is also going to make our food get cold really fast! We asked if we could move, they complied. They put us way in the corner with a dirty seat. Real nice! And as always, here come the damn gnats! Never fails!! After all of this, the food was good as always and the waitress was nice. We really love this place but we don't know what happened last night. We will be back, but PLEASE do something about the gnats!!"
