"As a recurring customer who bought products from them often, I’ll never go back to this place. I’m not the type of person who tries to return things or complains about products, I try to be a polite customer. I bought 2 vapes as usual (which they encourage with a deal if you buy 2). I used the first vape for a few days and then I opened the second. Within a few hits the second vape was completely flavorless. I tried charging it and it tasted better for a couple hits and then the flavor not only went away, but started tasting really bad the way they do when they’re completely empty. Meaning I got less than 20 drags from a vape that usually lasts me over a month. I went back to the shop and explained the issue (because the employee literally told me when I signed up for an account that it meant I could come back if I had any issues with a product). They told me that they wouldn’t do anything for me because I didn’t come back within one day. Which is absolutely ridiculous. They encourage you to buy 2 vapes, and people usually use one until they finish it and then use the second. To have 24 hours to return a defective product is ridiculous. I tried both vapes right away and of course it tasted fine for the first few hits so within 24 hours I didn’t know it was defective, and when the issue started, I thought it was temporary and would fix itself. I waited more than a day because I didn’t want to be an annoying customer trying to get a replacement for something without even trying to fix it or seeing if it was a temporary issue. It’s actually absurd that you have 24 hours and after that they will tell you you’re beat. That’s $25 down the drain for a useless defective product that they sold me. I’ll definitely be buying my vapes somewhere else because my friend has had the same issue and they replaced his vape with no issue. It costs them very little to replace the defective product they sold me, compared to the amount they lose when they drive away a returning customer who would’ve spent hundreds over the next couple years."
