"This is a place with the most rude staff. Period. I went there trying to buy cigars for my dad, but the beard guy was so rude, I literally walked out and went to the one on Montgomery Avenue. When i came home, I looked at rheir reveiws. Apparently, Tinder Box would say anyone who posted a negative reveiw here are not customers and just complained about their parking. There are tons of bad reviews, and how could so many people hate them if they are a good business??? Of course the owner would say this is another non-customer who wanted to use their parking space. Lol"

"Absolutely worst service, I went to buy some breakfast sandwiches and then came in to the cigar shop. Bought a few cigars, walked out to “NO PARKING” notes all over my car like I was a criminal or something. I literally had just spent a ton of money at the cigar place only to get yelled at. Will NOT be supporting this place anymore. Plenty of other choices in the area."
