"Wonderful experience today with Earl of Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. He arrived early and took great care while in my home. He listened to my long list of concerns and then got to work. He thoroughly checked my plumbing system and properly diagnosed the primary issue and even figured out (and FIXED!) a few smaller problems. Because I had to leave to pickup my son from school, I thought we might need to reschedule the bulk of the work. However, Earl said he would go to the store for parts and meet me back at my house when I returned. He returned on time and even brought help. Thanks so much Earl for your care and expertise!
