"I was in Pasadena for a very important Dr. visit and my pick up truck started making loud grinding noises. I crawled into the Meineke Car Care Center off of Mountain Road at about 4:45 pm thinking what am i going to do. They close at 6 so I thought I was in dire need of a miracle. At first not knowing the exact nature of the problem the owner of the business put me at ease telling me that if they could not fix it then he would give me and my Scottish Terrier a ride home. His name is Tom and if you go anywhere else to have work done on your vehicle you need your head examined. When the mechanic Rico pulled off my front wheel it literally fell off of the broken tie rod assembly. These guys were like ER doctors .....they had the parts in 15 minutes and put my truck back together like a Nascar Pit Crew. I honestly feel that if I tried to get home without stopping there I would have had a serious accident. THESE GUYS ARE NOW MY ONLY SERVICE BUSINESS. I CANNOT THANK THEM ENOUGH. Stop there and be treated like a real person. Thanks Tom....Rico....and Landen. Fred....a customer for life !"

"Great tech. team and excellent customer-focused owner who I had a chance to talk to. I had a trailer tire with a leak, brought it in, they diagnosed and fixed the problem very quickly. They didn’t want to charge me. That basically doesn’t happen anymore. Anyway I’ve been looking for a reliable, fair, knowledgeable, and honest tire/car shop for several years now and I found it. "Finally a garage that can take care of my needs. I have a BMW, Charger and Colorado. For months I've been looking for someone to calibrate my 3" lift I did to my first Gen Colorado. I'm real picky on who touches my cars. Yet no one wanted to touch it because they did not do the lift. I stopped by to see if they could help. Once on the alignment machine they figured out control arms, torsion bars and tie rods adjustments and boom thing rides like a champ. Their prices are the best I've seen for this job and other essential maintenance stuff. Staff is great to deal with. I will definitely bring them my vehicles for service in the future."

"I went here to without confidence in my 05 explorer that needed work done to it. I spoke to jason o’brian And he over looked my car. He is VERY well knowledgeable and he came back to me with a list of things wrong that he was able to find. I went ahead and got that list done. The pricing was beyond reasonable and great. I got my vehicle back the next day with everything fixed that was on the list. Im VERY well satisfied with this place and i will definitely be using them for any of my mechanic work. Thank you jason and meineke for assisting me on fixing my 05 explorer.. i feel safe driving it again!! I give them 5/5 stars!"
