"I placed my first and possibly my last on line order (#3082096) with Best Cigar Prices on Wed 11/22 for 1 box of Tuscano Originale for $190.25. I received my order on Tues 11/28. To my disappointment, I discovered the box I received had both of its seals breached. I paid the price of a NEW product but felt like I received a USED product. I did count and confirm the correct number of cigars were included. On Tues 11/28 I sent an email describing the situation via the Contact Us section on their website. To date, Monday 12/4, I've not received a response. I was hoping to expand my internet "go to" online cigar shops, but no."

"I got a chance to visit the store while on vacation in the Poconos. Great, friendly people and a beautiful place. The humidor wa a little overwhelming for me, but the staff made some great recommendations and was very helpful. After my purchase, I only had a half hour for a smoke. Took Charlie's recommendation and enjoyed one of the best cigars I've ever had. Broke my heart to have to put it down and leave! I highly recommend stopping by if you're in the area."
