"This place criminally price gouges.I walked in there needing a vape and a cigarette tobacco injector. Now I don’t mind a reasonable markup. I’d rather buy something in store and support a local business but after my experience tonight I’m never setting foot in that place again apart from the attempt I intend to make to have my purchase refunded. I ended up getting a Powermatic mini (I couldn’t find an official msrp but the average everywhere I looked was $20.00 with the most expensive being $30.00) and a Novo X (msrp $24.99). I ordinarily cross reference reviews online but it was late and the salesman kept distracting me so I decided to just buy what I needed and leave. When I get home I do a bit of just to find out the Smok Novo X was sold to me at nearly a 100% markup for $49.99 and Powermatic mini was sold tome at about 150% markup at again $49.99. I owned a small business and I do understand tight profit margins but as I said, this is boarder-line criminal, and I’ve never felt more ripped off in my life. I’ll update this review tomorrow after I attempt to get back the roughly $50.00 swindled from me. Update: They refused to accept a return for either unused product and instead handed me $10.00. Now between the laughable 10% off of the insane markups we started with, and the $10.00 bill handed to me after attempting to get a refund, the markup is still sitting at 77.73% above market value. The PA PRICE GOUGING ACT Act of Oct. 31, 2006, P.L. 1210, No. 133 states that anything in excess of 20% above the businesses acquisition cost is considered unconscionably excessive price gouging, and is punishable by a fine of up to $10,000.00 for each violation enforceable by the Bureau of Consumer Protection, which I’ll be reporting this to the moment I’m finished writing this review. Do not shop here if your money matters to you."
