"Not all heroes wear capes. I really had to use the bathroom so I rushed in there and the only stall that was open. The door was busted so it was left hanging open. There is no toilet paper on the rolls. Even though there was 4 different areas for them but the one role that was sitting on top. That had poop on it. So luckily when I called the store, a gentleman came in and gave me a roll of toilet paper."

"I've repeatedly found the coffee bar has no 1/2 & 1/2 and the grind per cup has become watered down. It's unfortunate when you can no longer count on the Sheetz brand from providing a quality product."

"This use to be a great location to order food from. Recently it’s become worse. I ordered a mobile order and the ENTIRE order was incorrect. I ordered hotdogs with mustard only & the meatball sub meal deal. I picked up my order to find out hotdogs had no mustard and was NOT given the meatball sub!! Very disappointing, lack of paying attention. WARNING! They also do not put a mobile order on the mobile shelf area like they’re suppose to. They leave your order behind the counter and you will have no idea it’s sitting there until you end up asking. STAY AWAY!"

"I came in this location for lunch after a visit to the Wilkes-Barre VAMC. I have been to a number of other Sheetz locations and enjoyed the experiences. This location was clean, well lite, and staffed adequately with friendly people. The were working hard to prepare the food and maximize the customer experience. The bathrooms were also clean and well lite. I have to say, however, that I was disappointed with my club sub. I ordered it with extra meat, cheese, and bacon because that’s how I roll. I found the bun a bit hard and the meats not as tasty as I would like. I certainly ate the whole thing, but not in the same zip code as Wawa. I am not giving up on this brand and will go to other locations in the future."

"Another sheetz another dirty food service area. I don’t get how these areas cannot be clean. It seems like every sheetz I go to I see dust bunnies all over the equipment in the food area. Not to mention the ceiling tiles and grid are brown when they should be white."
