"If I could give it a zero, I would. I went in last week to purchase a pen for my husband to use with his cartridge. I do not smoke. I told the clerk so. I also told him that I needed one that has a heat level and an on and off switch. He took me to the back of the store to show me what was available. He only showed me one. The $25 one. I purchased it and brought it home. My husband charged it overnight and we took it with us the next day. It came on, but couldn’t inhale. It would change heat levels, either. We took it back to the store that day. Less than 24 hours. We were told by the clerk no refunds. That I should have tried it before I left. I don’t smoke! He said did I not read the no refund policy? No, I didn’t see one. It was in the back of the store, right where he was standing. Blocking it. He was rude and belligerent. We will never be back. Not because of the store, but because of the clerk and the refund policy that was never told to me or pointed out."
