"Since my local store was out of the yarn I needed, I had to drive over an hour to the next closest Michaels where I found what I needed. I do wish their yarn selection was bigger. I also could not find any buttons nice enough to use on the sweater I am making. But I'm grateful for the yarn I got anyway."

"Went in to find a certain product and couldn't find it. There was an employee on the floor talking on her cellphone but certainly wasn't about store business from what I heard, I approached her 4 different times after searching more. I don't mind waiting a but for an answer but I feel this is ridiculous. If you don't want to actually work then you really aren't employable. Sorry for the bad review. A simple answer would have taken less than a minute. Won't be going to Michael's any time soon if at all."

"It’s always a nice craft store. I was happy to find cheap blank shirts for under $5 that I could personalize at home. They have a pumpkin carving service, where you design the pumpkin and they’ll carve it for you. Also, I love the amount of Halloween decorations that have black cats because they’re my favorite part about Halloween time!"
