"Food was good. Service was terrible. Idk if our waitress was having an off day but we asked for refills n I asked for tarter sauce for my fish. She was all over the place but never came back except to give us our check. I think it was the hostess or cashier that got our refills n until I got my tarter sauce my fish was cold . ( which the cashier also brought). Ppl must like it. It always looks packed."

"We just stopped in for a quick snack to visit with my parents. The staff was super friendly and the soups were delicious. I can also recommend the fries, which were perfectly crispy. It's a great PA diner experience."

"I visited today with my family of three. The restaurant was packed, but the restaurant isn’t staffed to the level they should be for a busy Sunday crowd. I’ve personally worked in the restaurant industry for many years and have done plenty of Sunday shifts, and I was quite underwhelmed with the staffing allotted for a day like today. Unfortunately our service was slow to say the least and we were given the bare minimum once we finally had a waitress take our orders - no refills, no drink for my child, no questions about how the food was, etc. The food was also on the same level as Friendlys but priced higher. I tipped accordingly to the service provided, and the cashier at the front made a comment about it being not acceptable. Her service was extremely rude and unprofessional. I wouldn’t recommend this place, especially to family’s. I’d personally rather go to something else down the road."

"A leisurely meal with relatives and friends. Host was friendly, asked how staff performed. Enjoyed sausage and pepper sandwich. Others liked chicken pot pies, chicken salad sandwich, etc. Multiple servers for group of eleven"

"Been here many times and usually am very happy with everything, but not today. I ordered a burger and an order of fries (fries don’t come with the burgers). I’ve ordered fries in the past and gotten a decent sized order for the $3.50. Today there were a small handful of fries on the side of my plate, oh well maybe they are just doing side orders now. When I got the bill it had the $3.50 for a full order. At the register I said something about it not being right and the woman gave me such a rude look, walked back to the kitchen, came back and said that it came out as ordered and proceeded to charge the full price. All the while looking at me like I dare you say something. The waitress was incredible, the rest of the service was not. As much as like the place, doubt we will go back."
