"Showed up right before close at 8:55 to make a two second tobacco bag purchase and bald headed female employee shut and locked the door in my face for no reason. I will NEVER give my money to this store. EVER. Welcome to MONESSEN I guess. My last shop where I used to live was amazing always. This shop has awful customer service. Just gave my business to par mar down the road and it was half the price too for same size bag! AND the woman at the counter was so nice with exemplary customer service! Thank u par mar!"

"It's a nice store and very convenient that they stay open a little later then some other tobacco stores around area.. and for the most part the majority of the ladies that work in there are very friendly. However the black lady that's been working the last few nights is rude. She has never been friendly since I've been going in there not to me or to other Customers. It almost feels like we are taking up her busy time by coming in to the store to shop. It's sad because Customer service is a big part of most successful places of business. And of that's still true well then."

"I like rolling my own. No artificial fillers or fire retardant on tubes. A buy, crisscross SMOOTH. The other crisscross stuff makes me sick. I buy BARRETTA TUBES. They have a stylin black and red filter. They drag real nice."

"Every single time I go to this store the OPEN sign is flashing and the hours listed on the door say the store should be open, but the doors are locked up tight and there is no sign saying when anyone will be back. When you do actually get in, the clerks are nasty and rude. I will never attempt to go there again."
