"The woman ringing me up literally held herself over the counter to try to tell me how to use my own card on the credit card machine, made me tap instead of insert like I wanted to because the tap rarely works, and proceeded to stand and stare at the credit card machine even when I was entering my pin and it declined due to the tap which is exactly what I wanted to avoid."
