Called to see if a certain beer was in stock - after a "hold on", came back on and asked how he could help - again asked about the beer, answer was it doesn't sound familiar, so i don't think we have it. Asked him to look directly across from the phone to the cooler which is where they normally keep it and he couldn't even bother. "Well, I'm with a customer". Hmm, I am a customer and you could have asked me to hold until you finished with that person. Will never go there again."
