"I have to say, this location had a miserable male cashier when it was time for me to check out. Was rude how he spoke to me. I tried to swipe my card but it wasn't beeping or showing anything on the screen. I tried a couple times again. Him being a miserable, started saying if i had read the screen and followed the instructions. Excuse me, u miserable man! Yes, i have read the instructions I CAN SPEAK OR READ ENGLISH! Just bc I looked hispanic or not white like himself doesn't mean I couldn't read."

"Normally, this store is great, however during the curbside ordering restrictions, this will be the 2nd time that this location picks up the phone, but won't speak, or simply hangs up. I called the store on Valley Forge and they answered within 6 calls and again, got my order."

"** Discriminatory cashier and a clueless manager ** At the checkout I showed my ID (which I, a 35 year old middle-aged man, do all the time irrespective of being asked or not). But then the cashier printed a statement that he wanted me to sign, and it essentially asked me to certify that I am not producing a fake ID card. Really? I was clearly being suspected of (and technically being accused of) the crime of producing fake ID!? Surely I am brown-skinned, and was wearing a cap and a washed-out tee-shirt. But is that a sufficient basis for suspecting a customer of being a criminal? Remember that this is not about the age since I have already shown my ID. To them this was about whether or not I am a criminal. On what basis do you ask you customers to sign such a statement, since I did not see you asking anyone else that checked out before or right after me to sign a similar statement certifying that they are not ID-fakers! The manager refused to file a complaint at the store. So I am going to take this to the PA Human Relation Commission. Being suspected of being a criminal purely based on your appearance is not something that should go unchallenged."

"Typical of all PA run liquor stores. Selection is decent but the inconvenience of having them closed on holidays is annoying. Time to get with the times and have liquor and beer available at grocery and convenience stores."
