"I went to the only open register where 2 employees an a customer were having a conversation unrelated to store products. Im standing there for a few min when the female employee I believe her name was Melissa said I needed to pull my mask up. I pulled it up further for her liking an she turned away as I then asked to be rang up. I left the store empty handed for no reason other than a bad employee. There was no reason to be treated that way I had no argument about the mask but about the work ethic since I'm standing there waiting still!"

"Decent selection but staff is very rude and pushy. Went in to get two bottles of Glenlivet 15 for gifts. I wanted to read the other Glenlivets and I kept getting bombarded with questions about what I needed. I finally said what time do you close and the older female manager very rude and snappy said now. I checked my phone for the time and it was 8:55 not 9. Now I understand I should have realized that location closed at 9 not 10 or 11 like other locations but a little decency is all I ask. How hard is it to just say "excuse me do you need any help we are closing in 5 min just so your aware." It's also not the first time I've gotten rude remarks or comments from this staff. For example I once asked for Jefferson's Ocean Cask Strength. I was told there is one kind of Ocean and I didn't know what I was talking about. After wondering the store I found it in the glass case upfront and was told they didn't think I'd want to buy a bottle that expensive. So either he didnt know, or was being extremely judgmental of what id like to spend my hard earned cash on. I only use this store because it's 5 min from my house but am considering going to other locations from now on. The selection of product may be good but the staff is poor if you don't fit there stereotype buyer (which I spend more then they do on my collection). You'd think the staff would welcome someone who spends on average over $100 a visit. Guess I don't fit the bill of a high end buyer with my jeans sweatshirt and beard. Hopefully the skinny elderly women and the bigger middle aged man change there attitudes toward there clientele. I'd highly recommend the state store on 512, on MacArthur Rd, and (even though small) the one in Hellertown. All have great friendly/interactive/knowledgeable staffs."

"This is my local Wine & Good Spirits store and I frequent it often for Whiskey and Bourbon. They have one of the best selections in the area. The staff is very helpful. I often go in to get wine(which I have no clue about) for friends and family and the staff is always willing to give me some recommendations of bottles they've had and enjoy."
