"This business is now called Old Forge tobacco or something, They have the most horrible employee I've ever met in my life. I grabbed a few items did the math before I went to the register. I figured the bill would be 52 to $55.. The gentleman looked at the stuff without doing anything with the register and told me I owed him $81.. I made a fuss and said no way and he looked everything up And then he said to me "54.95 very cheap very cheap " Ray Charles can see he was trying to steal from me and I can imagine how many old folks he stole from already. This happened in January of 2022. I was tempted to go to the police. Never shoo at this location"

"Wondering what's happening here?! Just about giving up stopping n wasting my time. Closing maybe? Last month-6 weeks shelves nearly empty n mgr has no idea why the lack of inventory. I've been going to Montage Tobacco, 100% reliable!"

"Only thing thats good is smoke prices but thankfully by fiance is trying to quit. Never going here again due to EVERY single employee not knowing a damn thing about customer service. I say hello every time and never get a reply. The employees give dirty looks every time AND I say have a nice day when I leave; no reply, just more dirty looks. Glad they threw out my application right after I gave it one Time. The owners need to rethink who they hire."

"Ridiculously planned hours closing by 8pm or earlier each night and has workers at least in the Taylor branch that will let you run across the entire walmart parking lot and wait until your 5 feet from the door to lock up and then give you a confused look. also has absolutely no information on items they carry other than cigarettes as they have carried hookah wet tobacco for months now yet nothing to smoke it with and when i asked why was told by an employee that the owner just circles things on her order sheet without not knowing what they are. considering i spend over 400$ a month at this store and haven't been shown even the slightest respect by this establishment i will most certainly be taking my money elsewhere as the prices at the beer distributor across the street are the same if not lower on most brands and it is not only closer to my home but also open much later and earlier. Tobacco road needs a less lazily penny pinching management over-hall."
