"I have never had such a horrible experience entering the Marchwood Wine and Spirits store, as I did last Saturday. I did a half credit, half cash sale and the cashier said I never gave her a $20. The manager came over and said we had to count her drawer and the cashier was way under. So, I never got my $20 back. Just as I was leaving I look at my receipt and see that the cashier rung me up as an all cash sale. So, being the honest person that I am, I go back to manager to tell her that my credit card was not charged at all!!! The cashier rung up the sale as an all cash sale. I should have walked out of there at that point. Instead, the manager spent 30 minutes on the phone with tech support to make sure they charged my credit card. I went in to purchase 3 bottles of wine and walked out of the store an hour and a half later. I felt bullied by the manager and staff. I never got an apology. The cashier was older and forgetful. I will NEVER buy from this state store or any state store again. Now, I know why people buy their wine online. PLEASE tell your friends and stay away from this wine and spirits store. What happened to honoring the customer? I have never been treated so unfairly."
