"This is the most convenient location, and I haven't been to many others since moving to this area. So I don't have a basis of fair comparison for PA wine stores. However, I find this store's customer service really great. If the associate doesn't know the answer to my question, they find someone who does. And they don't make me feel silly for whatever question I ask (I'm sure I ask some doozies.) Not to mention, they transferred stock from one store to the other, and called me as soon as it got to this location. I feel comfortable going to this location, and that is a huge plus for me. Whatever they might lack in selection, which hasn't been an issue for me as for others, they make up for in their customer service."
