"After patronizing Yetti for 5 years, I've had it with them. I was sold a tank incompatible with my unit. Because of their incompetence, I had to drive 44 more miles the next day to resolve the situation. They didn't apologize but offered to swap out for the correct tank. But that tank design is awful. I asked for a discount on a new unit. They said they don't give money away. I told them I'm going to a legit place. Bye-bye, Yetti. Went to Big Puffs. Very high-energy place. He listened to my problem and spent time trying to hook me up with a solution. He succeeded. But what I really liked was that he made sure everything worked before I left. Great customer service. They now have my business, and it's not insignificant. Thanks for the help, man!"
