"Saxonburg is a town oozing with charm to begin with. This winery is no exception to that. The building is an inviting, interesting wooden building with plenty of parking. Surprisingly, the very ample parking lot was all full as a class was going on, which I'm told is a monthly occurrence. The atmosphere was warm and energetic. The owners Christine and Joe, were wonderful to talk to and helpful with recommendations; of which I highly recommend the Steel City Red and Heritage Red ( one pictured ). This place is worth the trip ."

"They had their awesome Halloween party tonight. Tent with music outside and another party in the back room inside. Witches brew in the front room. If you weren’t there you missed a fun time so plan to be there next year."

"I took my wife on a date to have some wine and taste some local fermented grapes. We found the Saxonburg Heritage Wine Cellars and tasted all there delicious ferments. The Sommelier gave us some great options and we ended up buying four bottles, the Pinot noir, the heritage white, the flagship red and the moscato. The building was a historic site with hand hewn beams for the infrastructure inside the building. If you are in saxonburg, PA you should make it a priority to get some local wine at Heritage Wine cellars. They also have some delicious wine slushees and the flavors change daily."
