"I just visited this location and inquired about piercing services. The young lady named named Bianca was very dismissive, rude and condescending. She tried to upcharge me for services that i didnt need and then talked to me very rudely as if im beneath her when i asked for an explanation of charges. I drove from Philadelphia with every intention to get my daughters ears pierced but after encountering such disrespect and disdain i didnt feel comfortable having someone like this touch my child and neither should you."
