"I go here daily and the service is excellent! The manager is absolutely amazing. If there is something you want that the store doesn't carry, the manager will order it and have it in the store for you within the next day or two. They really care about their customers and they have the cheapest prices on cigarettes. Before I started coming to the store I was smoking Newports, which are $10.32 a pack. The manager recommended to try cigarettes called "This." They are almost the same thing as Newports, but they are half the price, at $5.21 a pack. So not only do they have beyond nice staff, they also care about the customers and saved me alot of money! Definitely recommend going here. It's the best smoke shop in Butler if you ask me! Also would like to add that the previous staff would never be open when they said they would be and gave terrible service, even did drugs on the clock. They now have all new employees who do not do drugs and are there from 9-8 Monday thru Friday, closed Saturday (sometimes,) and 11-4 on Sundays! Much better than before and can't stress enough how much they care for their customers!"

"Says online they open at 8am Monday-Friday. Waited until about 5 after 8 and started to walk back to my vehicle. Then I noticed someone pulled in so I walked back and waited. The lady that came to open up says to me very rudely that I had to wait outside until she got everything ready. So I reciprocate that it says online that they open at 8 and she again very rudely stated that she knows they open at 8 she’s the manager. At that point I informed her that I would be taking my business elsewhere. I’ll go out of my way before I ever go back there."

"Went to stop by on a Thursday night. Arrived at 8:40 pm and they were already closed. 4 other people showed up also. I stop there a lot, but not going anymore. I like to support local stores, but I guess closing early so you can leave is better. Don't have your hours posted on the door if you are not going to follow them."

"Reasonable prices, they used to carry limited vape supplies though seem to have stopped since the PA tax has been increased. I can imagine some products sitting on the shelves here for quite some time, so if it's possible to check for freshness, I'd do so."

"Nice place, friendly lady who rung my mother and I, out. Decent prices, and had exactly what I was looking for. Open 8-9 on weekdays. Perfect for my schedule, cause I work 12 hrs for the next 4 days at the fair. Within 1 mi of my hotel and convenient. 4/5 would suggest. The only problem I had was trying to find it; I thought it was in the plaza, but its actually in the front on the left."
