"I was double-charged for a purchase I made and they refused to my money or put it back on my card when I called and spoke to the manager he was very rude told me I had to speak with my bank and have the bank take care of it and once I went to the bank I had to fill out a paper and have my bank card shut off and wait 7 to 10 days for a new one during Christmas and have to wait 5 to 10 days for the money to be put back in my account I spoke with the manager again about this and he argued with me saying it's my Banks fault not his when all he had to do was put the money back on my card so I will never ever be back there again"
"Very disappointed with the customer service. Purchased keg of beer unknowingly ready to expire in 3 days. Beer was bad within 3 weeks. Manager refused to accept return. Never will I ever purchase anything from this business again. Beware."
