"Great gas station, well stocked store, friendly customer service, clean restrooms. On the rare occasion I have had an issue and reported it to customer service via their site/app, I’ve received very good response and resolution. Very well run business/chain."

"I got a cup of coffee and told attendant that the milk thing was out he said thank you and walked to the back. Never returned to refill milk thing. So I took my mto slip to register to at least pay so my food could be made. Only to stand there for five minutes waiting on a cashier. The lady at the food prep area just raised her arms like I don't know what to do. Needless to say I just left customer service at this location is in need of a major training class."

"I LOVE sheetz (even use to work at one) I stopped this morning at 4:50AM. To order me and my daughter just a quick breakfast sandwich before getting on the road for a long car ride I did place a mobile order after getting back to the car and opened our food they were both so cold. I did have to wait for my order which was totally fine so when they called out my name, I said thank you the girl was right there so she definitely heard me not was she busy and she didn’t even look at me or give me a response which I thought was extremely rude. Not my normal sheetz I stop at so I think I’ll stick to it. ."

"I purchased a very large order for my step sister last night. She was accused of petty theft and was treated very rudely by Manager Corey and a male counterpart, whom Corey defended the behavior of. Not acceptable by any regards. I offered financial compensation irregardless of a miss charge and was disregarded by Manager Corey, he claimed he was viewing the video and audio. I called later and spoke to a female manager, she kindly apologized, Corey should have done this to me at a very minimum."
